Are you ready to spend your summer meaningfully and ensure safety by the water?
UAB "Grinda" invites you to join the group of brave, responsible and team-spirited lifeguards.
This job is not just about being on the beach, it is a direct contribution to the safety of Vilnius residents.
Your main responsibilities:
- Active monitoring of vacationers and ensuring that beach visitors follow the rules of safe behavior.
- Rescuing drowning people, providing first aid and assistance in case of accidents.
- Preventive work with visitors (control of child care, ensuring public order).
- On duty throughout the season (June 1 - September 15) in shifts from 8:00 to 20:00, regardless of weather conditions.
What do we expect from a future colleague?
- Excellent swimming skills and good physical endurance.
- Ability to keep a cool head, make quick decisions and work under high stress.
- Responsible attitude to work, punctuality and lack of bad habits.
- Lifeguard experience or valid first aid certificates.
