OUR CLIENT is an international, rapidly growing and leading FMCG company in its field, which invites an experienced Vilnius regional manager to join its professional team. This position will require leading the HORECA sales team, actively participating in the market, strengthening relationships with key customers and growing the results of the Vilnius region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of sales goals in the Vilnius region, ensuring growth of results and exploitation of market potential
- Sales team management, work organization, goal setting and results control
- Increasing the efficiency of the team's activities, initiating and implementing changes to achieve better sales results
- Working with HoReCa clients in the Vilnius region, strengthening cooperation and long-term partnerships
- Negotiations with important HoReCa clients, coordinating commercial conditions and finding solutions to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation
- Supporting the sales team in more complex customer situations, contributing with their experience, authority and competence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in leading a sales team
- Knowledge of the Vilnius HoReCa market, understanding of customer specifics
- Experience working with important customers, conducting negotiations and agreeing commercial terms
- Strong team management, work organization and results control skills
- Ability to initiate changes, introduce clarity and order in team activities
- Result orientation and responsibility for regional sales growth
- Knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage
