You will manage the Vilnius region operations
🔹You will ensure smooth operation of the terminal and timely sorting of shipments.
🔹You will plan employee capacities according to shipment flows and ensure efficient use of resources.
🔹You will monitor key operational KPIs, analyze results, initiate problem solving.
🔹You will ensure that regional processes meet established quality and safety standards.

I led the team
🔹I led a team of couriers, terminal employees and administrative colleagues.
🔹You will plan work and vacation schedules and ensure the required number of employees.
🔹You will develop employees, provide feedback and help the team achieve results.
🔹You will solve daily team situations and create a culture of cooperation.

You will make decisions and solve problems
🔹I will promptly react to unexpected operational situations and look for the most effective solution.
🔹You will independently resolve employee, transport, terminal and process issues, and in more complex situations you will involve the necessary colleagues in the solution.
🔹You will cooperate with IT, HR and other departments in implementing solutions.

You will supervise transport and infrastructure
🔹You will manage the distribution of vehicles according to route loads.
🔹You will ensure the technical maintenance and efficient use of the fleet.
🔹You will supervise the terminal premises, territory, inventory and work tools.

🔸 Have management experience in logistics, transport, warehouse management or other operational environment (a big advantage).
🔸 You are a leader who values not only assigning tasks, but also reaching agreements, giving feedback and solving complex situations.
🔸 You are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for their outcome.
🔸 You are able to manage multiple priorities at the same time and remain calm in a dynamic environment.
🔸 You are result-oriented and able to analyze data and base decisions on them.
🔸 You communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
🔸 You are prepared to spend most of your working time close to operations and the team - at the Vilnius terminal.
🔸 Higher education is an advantage.

🔹Competitive salary in the range of 3100–3700 € (gross), depending on the results achieved.
