What will you do every day?
- I will organize the activities of the Building Management team in the Vilnius region.
- I will coordinate the work of the management and project managers.
- You will ensure control of work deadlines, quality, budget and profitability.
- You will communicate with clients and help find the best solutions.
- I will directly manage the building maintenance work of one/several VIP clients.
- You will contribute to the improvement of processes and the implementation of new initiatives.
- I will cooperate with technical competence teams and assist the company manager.

- Leadership and ability to build and inspire a team
- Organization and ability to plan work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in customer service, building administration or coordination of technical processes.
- Understanding of building engineering systems.
- Experience in the administration of apartment buildings
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Good computer and document preparation skills.
- Category B driver's license.
