About us
The SENJORO program of one of the largest non-governmental organizations, the Public Institution “National Institute of Social Integration”, aims to make positive old age a reality for Lithuanian seniors. The SENJORO team is constantly growing and is currently inviting another colleague who believes in the ideas of beautiful old age to join its team – the Vilnius Regional Manager. Main functions of the position:
–Ensure smooth and high-quality provision of Senior social services in the Vilnius region, following the positive old age methodology and quality standard;
–Ensure smooth work of the team of service coordinators and social workers who coordinate teams of individual care workers;
–Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategy and ensure its smooth implementation in the Vilnius region;
–Plan and organize activities and initiate other actions that promote the strengthening of the organization;
–Cooperate with the administrations of Vilnius city and other surrounding municipalities;
–Develop services;
–Other tasks consistent with the organization's strategy.
