Vilnius Regional Manager Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who would help the regional manager take care of the smooth operation of our stores.

Your daily routine will include:

• Regular visits to assigned stores and supervision of their daily activities;
• Ensuring that the stores are tidy, the shelves are full, and the products are attractively presented to buyers;
• Control of product balances, orders, quality and expiration dates;
• Monitoring compliance with trade standards and eliminating any deficiencies;
• Cooperation with store employees, assistance in solving daily issues;
• Implementation of tasks assigned by the regional manager and control over their execution.

• You are responsible, observant and like order;
• You are able to independently plan work and effectively organize your time;
• You communicate easily with people, know how to cooperate and find solutions;
• You don't wait for someone to notice a problem - you take the initiative yourself;
• You like fast-paced work and a daily changing environment;
• You have at least secondary education, a category B driver's license and your own car.

1300-1400 €/mon. net
The base salary depends on experience and competencies. After the probationary period, additional bonuses are paid for the achieved work results.
