We are looking for a Vilnius Regional Manager for liquid waste services. This activity includes wastewater, grease trap waste, industrial and other liquid waste collection, removal and management services.
Your responsibility will be to ensure that the entire chain operates smoothly in the region: customer service, work coordination, documentation, invoices and cooperation with sales and operations teams
We are looking for a Vilnius Regional Manager for liquid waste services. This activity includes wastewater, grease trap waste, industrial and other liquid waste collection, removal and management services.
Your responsibility will be to ensure that the entire chain operates smoothly in the region: customer service, work coordination, documentation, invoices and cooperation with sales and operations teams
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Organizing the work of the subordinate team, distributing tasks, ensuring the quality of work and results;
- Ensuring a smooth, timely and high-quality customer service process in the region;
- Coordination of daily regional activities, in close cooperation with the sales team, work manager and drivers;
- Maintaining good relations with existing customers, understanding their needs and promptly resolving problem situations;
- Ensuring the administration of the services provided: control of documentation of performed work, preparation of acts and invoicing of customers;
- Administration and control of filling in GPAIS data and other documentation related to the activities performed;
- Monitoring and analysis of the region's performance results, income, costs and key performance indicators (KPI);
- Increasing operational efficiency, improving processes, identifying the causes of discrepancies and initiating solutions;
- Cooperation with the sales team in implementing new projects and ensuring the smooth transfer of new customers and services to operations;
- Control over the implementation of the regional budget, costs and use of resources.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Experience in managing work, processes or activities;
- Ability to independently organize one's own and a team's work, set priorities and take responsibility for the result;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data;
- Good Excel skills, ability to analyze performance indicators and develop insights;
- Good financial awareness, ability to assess income, costs, expenses and operational efficiency;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to constructively solve problem situations;
- Ability to effectively cooperate with customers, sales, administration and operations teams;
- Responsibility, independence, initiative and result orientation;
- Experience or education in the technical, engineering or environmental field would be an advantage.
- Category B driver's license (advantage)
