Job description:
- Work with strategic customers of the company, ensuring high quality of service;
- Daily communication with customers in English - solving operational issues, queries and problems;
- Act as the main contact person between customers and internal teams;
- Close cooperation with logistics departments and warehouse administration, solving daily operational issues;
- Ensure smooth execution of orders from receipt to delivery;
- Coordinate the flow of information between transport management, terminal and customers;
- Monitor the progress of orders in the systems, identify discrepancies and initiate solutions;
- Ensure that processes are not only executed, but also controlled - notice deviations in time and take action;
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, logistics or operations coordination;
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral, daily communication);
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility;
- Diligence and ability to see processes from start to finish;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the result, not just to convey information;
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach;
- Experience working with logistics or warehouse processes would be an advantage.
