MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- organization of service for state delegations, high-ranking guests, representatives of ministries, business aviation and commercial clients;
- cooperation with aviation operators, state institutions and commercial clients;
- planning and administration of commercial and state orders;
- coordination of the work of different services and partners and operational organization of activities;
- escorting passengers during arrival and departure;
- ensuring the quality of services, VIP protocol, security and confidentiality.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 2 years of managerial or customer service experience;
- experience working with state institutions and high-level clients – we would consider it a great advantage;
- impeccable etiquette, protocol and representation;
- excellent organizational and communication skills;
- ability to work in shifts;
- fluent Lithuanian and English (other languages – an advantage);
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
