MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ensure smooth daily operations of the VIP terminal and high quality of customer service;
- coordinate VIP passenger service and cooperate with related teams and partners;
- organize team work, distribute tasks and supervise smooth execution of daily processes;
- resolve more complex customer situations and promptly respond to emerging problems;
- coordinate VIP terminal administrative processes, reports and accounting for additional services;
- take care of VIP terminal infrastructure, equipment, quality of services and initiate solutions to improve operations;
- organize orders for necessary goods and services and coordinate public procurement related to operations;
- initiate solutions to improve operations and contribute to the improvement of VIP terminal services.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 3 years of work experience in customer service (experience in air transport services would be an advantage);
- orientation towards high quality customer service and the ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience;
- excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
- ability to coordinate processes in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly;
- good computer skills (MS Office);
- knowledge of English, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- category B driver's license;
- higher education;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
