Chef (for conferences)

Join the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center kitchen team and create high-quality gastronomic experiences for conference and business event guests.

Organize and ensure smooth food production according to advance orders;
Prepare dishes for conferences and other events according to technological cards;
Ensure inventory conservation and cleanliness in your workplace;
Ensure the quality of manufactured products;
Participate in the creation of product orders;
Participate in inventories as needed;
Provide suggestions for improving work organization and developing new recipes;
Cooperate with the kitchen team, ensuring smooth event service;
Work 5 days a week for 8 hours (replacing colleagues during the summer period).

Work experience in similar positions is an advantage;
Ability to work independently and responsibly;
Knowledge of food production technological processes;
Knowledge and compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards;
Responsibility and ability to work in a team;
Willingness to learn and improve.
