Cook/chef (cold shop)

Preparation of cold snacks, salads, mixed salads, sandwiches and other cold shop dishes according to recipes
Preparation of products for work (cutting, marinating, decorating)
Aesthetic presentation and serving of dishes
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, in compliance with hygiene standards
Control of product stocks, monitoring of expiration dates
Collaboration with the kitchen team and chef

Experience in similar positions (advantage)
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work in a team
