Peruvian/Nikkei cuisine restaurant "Pachamama Dinner Club" in Vilnius Gediminos Prospect is looking for team reinforcement in the kitchen. We need chefs with experience and assistant cooks (experience is not necessary).

Nature of work:
Work during dinner with an à la carte menu.

• ⁠ ⁠Kitchen preparation before opening the restaurant.
  
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare certain working areas of the kitchen.
  
• ⁠ ⁠To portion each dish that is served in portions.
  

Cleaning the kitchen before closing the restaurant.

• ⁠ ⁠Cleaning and disinfecting your workplace with warm water and soap.
  
• ⁠ ⁠Packaging unused products in cling film and storing them in designated areas at the end of the shift.
  
• ⁠Creatively decorate and serve food, try to please the guest as much as possible.

Job description:
Only dinner (à la carte) service.

• Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening.
  
• Preparations of the particular kitchen stations.
  
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal.
  
• Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes.
  
• Cleaning and sanitizing their area with warm water and soap.
  
• Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift.
  
• Plating food creatively and maximizing customer enjoyment.

LT
FOR COOKERS:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a chef;
Knowledge of hygiene requirements;
Fluent in English;
Possibility to work on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

FOR COOPERATION ASSISTANTS:
Experience is not necessary;
Fluent in English;
Opportunity to work on weekends (Friday and Saturday);
