Restaurant/restobistro you name it looking for kitchen people! There will be no shortage of action in our kitchen, and since we will not control all the fire alone, we are looking for not just reinforcement, but the main backbone. Two completely different shifts are planned, so choose what is closer to your body and soul. Read below if you are not looking for easy ways and semi-finished products exist only at home in your kitchen. If you create deep, real flavors from scratch or at least you sympathize with it and want to learn it - this ad is just for you!
Day shift: Working hours: 07:00 - ~16:00 (only on weekdays). What will you need to do? Open the kitchen, prepare and withstand the daily lunch service. There will be a lot of work. It suits you if getting up at 6:00 in the morning is not the end of the world, coffee is your fuel, and at 16:00 after closing the door, you want to clap your hands and have the rest of the evening to yourself.
Evening shift: Working hours: from noon to about 10:00 p.m. (or until the last guest is fed). What will you need to do? Take over from the first shift, get ready for the evening service and enjoy a good "mise en place" before handing it over to the guests. The most fun part is to polish everything so that the morning shift doesn't condemn you to curses. You are suitable if you like tossing and turning in bed until lunch in the morning, your brain starts working only after 12:00, and the evening pace causes you adrenaline, not stress.
According to the current laws, we must indicate the salary, so we indicate: from MMA to about 10 euros per hour after taxes.
P.S. You definitely don't need to bring any diplomas or certificates to the interview 🙂
