Nature of work
- plan menus;
- prepare food products and cook dishes;
- plan, supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen support staff;
- check the quality of food and dishes being prepared;
- weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes;
- regulate the temperature of ovens, pans, baking ovens and other cooking equipment;
- maintain and clean the kitchen, its equipment and food serving areas;
- ensure safe and hygienic food handling;
- perform other assigned functions within the scope of competence.
Employee requirements
- not lower than the professional qualification of a cook;
- not less than 1 year of work experience;
- ability to work in a team;
- responsibility, diligence and compliance with hygiene requirements.
When starting work, you must have:
- a certificate of mandatory hygiene skills of an employee of an educational institution;
- a certificate of first aid training;
- a health passport;
- a QR code for legal work with children. The QR code is mandatory for all employees of an educational institution.
The company offers
40 hours per week, one shift.
