- Working with food preparation and production equipment (meat grinders, mixers, dosing devices, dipping devices)
- Supervision and management of the production process
- Preparation and dosing of raw materials according to technological instructions
- Preparation of equipment for work, setting up and control and management
- Ensuring product quality
- Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and food safety requirements
What are we looking for?
- Work experience in the field of production and knowledge of production equipment (advantage)
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to comply with occupational safety and quality requirements
- Physical fitness for standing work
- Ability to work in a shift work schedule
