Chef for cold dishes

We are currently expanding our kitchen team and are looking for a chef for the production of cold dishes who wants to work in a professional team, develop and grow together with SKOMI.

Job description:

• Production of cold dishes, salads and snacks;
• Preparation of single-bite snacks and buffet dishes;
• Preparation of dishes for breakfast, lunch and events;
• Serving and aesthetic presentation of dishes;
• Preparation of products and organization of the workplace;
• Work according to technological cards and established quality standards;
• Compliance with order and hygiene requirements.

Work mainly takes place in our kitchen in Kaunas, but if necessary, work may also be carried out at external events.
