Nature of work
Chef's job at the new "Nuoga Morka" Fast & Healthy cafe in Ogmia.
Main responsibilities:
preparation of ingredients and products for the day's work;
preparation of chicken, salmon, roast beef and other proteins;
production of cereals, breakfast porridge and other side dishes;
preparation of fresh vegetables, salads and other components;
production of homemade sauces according to prepared recipes;
production and assembly of bowls, salads, breakfast bowls, sandwiches and toasts;
monitoring of product quality, expiration dates and leftovers;
ensuring cleanliness, order and hygiene requirements in the workplace.
The menu and recipes are already prepared, so we are looking for someone who would be able to cook qualitatively and responsibly according to the established standards.
Work according to an hourly schedule, on average about 5-6 hours. per day, mainly in the first half of the day.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a small, cozy team.
