- Preparation of hot dishes and side dishes according to the restaurant's technological cards and established standards.
- High-quality and timely preparation and release of dishes during service.
- Preparation of products for production, their proper storage and heat treatment.
- Cooperation with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining order and established standards in the kitchen.
