The employee is responsible for high-quality food preparation according to established recipes and production standards, ensuring taste, visual presentation and freshness requirements. Duties include preparing the workplace and constantly monitoring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the process. The employee is also responsible for supervising the use of raw materials, rationally planning work and contributing to the overall kitchen order and team dynamics. An important duty is to be able to work quickly and efficiently during high workloads, maintaining a high level of quality and controlling stressful situations. The employee must be proactive, responsible, able to make decisions independently, maintain a good atmosphere in the kitchen and cooperate with colleagues.
