Nature of work
- Working in the kitchen of a fish and seafood gastrobar.
- Preparing dishes according to technological cards and quality standards.
- Ensuring food quality, taste and aesthetic presentation.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and hygiene in your workplace.
- Monitoring product residues and timely informing the chef about products that are running out (no need to fulfill orders).
- We are a small and friendly team, so we expect good communication, respect for colleagues and smooth work together with the waiters and kitchen team.
- Contributing to maintaining high kitchen standards and the overall success of the restaurant.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant.
- Ability to work independently in your position without constant supervision.
- Responsibility, punctuality and discipline.
- Ability to work at an intensive pace.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to maintain order in the workplace.
- Experience working with fish and seafood is a great advantage.
- Candidates without professional experience in a restaurant kitchen will only be considered in exceptional cases.
