Nature of work
Grilling meat, vegetables and other dishes according to established recipes;
- Preparing products for grilling and portioning;
- Ensuring the quality, taste and presentation of dishes;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements;
- Monitoring raw material residues and informing about missing products;
- Cooperating with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared on time.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the kitchen or working with a grill is an advantage;
- Responsibility, punctuality and diligence;
- Ability to work at a fast pace;
- Tidiness and compliance with hygiene requirements;
