Preparation and service. We cook broths with a special Japanese pot, make our own pasta with a Japanese pasta machine, prepare all sauces, meats, and side dishes with authentic ingredients.

We do everything carefully and precisely. We work as a team, trying to help each other and achieve the final result together.
