Nature of work
- Preparation of ingredients according to recipes (cutting, weighing, marinating, etc.);
- Preparation of vegetables, fruits and semi-finished products according to the chef's instructions;
- Preparation of simpler dishes or semi-finished products (salads, side dishes, pancakes, etc.);
- Assisting in portioning and serving dishes;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas;
- Compliance with storage, labeling and hygiene requirements for raw materials;
- Assisting the kitchen team and performing other tasks assigned by direct managers.
Employee requirements
- Minimum experience in food production,
- Responsibility, diligence and neatness;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness requirements;
- Diligence and willingness to learn.
