We’re looking for a Virtual HUB Handler to join our Virtual HUB Team in International Operations. You will be responsible for preparing and administering documentation in the different systems. You will cooperate and communicate with loading warehouses and liaise with transport companies while coordinating warehouse-related operations.

Requirements
- Readiness to work in shifts based on schedule: working days 8:00-17:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, weekends 10:00-20:00
- Experience working with databases
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills (including MS Word, MS Excel, apps)
- A responsible and proactive approach to work
- The ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- A results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
