What's the job?
We are looking for an organized and responsible person to join our operations team in Vilnius. We work with international restaurant and hospitality brands, helping their teams manage the maintenance of restaurant premises, equipment and engineering systems.
This is a junior-level position, suitable for those who want to start or continue their career in operations, property maintenance or project coordination. Technical education or repair experience is not necessary - the ability to quickly grasp the situation, communicate clearly and complete the work started is more important.
You will be one of the people who help ensure the smooth daily operations of our clients' restaurants. When you receive a report of a malfunction or other technical issue, you will need to collect the necessary information, transfer the task to the appropriate contractor, monitor the progress of the work and ensure that the issue is resolved.
You may need to coordinate several tasks of varying urgency at the same time: from a broken refrigerator or plumbing faults to scheduled equipment inspections. In this work, it is important not only to react quickly, but also to assess the situation - to ask the right questions, notice missing information, and not leave unfinished business.

Primary responsibilities
- Receive and manage maintenance requests from customers and restaurant teams.
- Communicate in English with customers, restaurant staff and contractors based in the UK.
- Log tasks into the system, prioritize them and assign them to the appropriate service provider.
- Track progress, deadlines and contractor responses.
- Respond to delays, request updates and communicate important information to the team in a timely manner.
- Verify that clear reports, photos, prices and other necessary information are provided after the work is completed.
- Assist in evaluating contractor bids and ensure that the work and costs offered to the client are reasonable.
- Manage information in Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other daily work systems.
- Collaborate with team members in the office and remotely.
What do we offer?
Salary from €1,600 to €2,250 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.
