Job description

A consultant - planner, together with his team, will ensure an easy and pleasant process of ordering IKEA products for customers. He will be responsible for communicating with customers, advising them and helping them design kitchen furniture.

The offered job is a 0.75 or 1 full-time position (30 or 40 hours/week) - we train you to work with all necessary internal planning programs and systems.

What will you do at work?

• Ensure IKEA sales standards and the best shopping experience for customers;
• You will be responsible for providing services and professional customer consultation on furniture planning and purchasing issues;
• Design furniture using a computer program;
• Provide information to customers;
• Maintain order in the department.

We expect from you:

• Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people, optimism and a positive attitude;
• Willingness and ability to work in a team;
• Experience in the design and sales of cabinet furniture;
• Sales experience;
• Interior design knowledge/experience;
• Computer literacy, Russian and English language skills.
