Job description
The Consultant - Planner, together with his team, will ensure an easy and pleasant process of ordering IKEA products for customers. He will be responsible for communicating with customers, consulting them and helping them design kitchen furniture.
What will you do at work?
- You will ensure IKEA sales standards and the best shopping experience for customers;
- You will be responsible for consulting services and professional buyers on furniture planning and purchasing issues;
- I will design furniture using a computer program;
- I will provide information to buyers;
- I will maintain order in the department;
- Work 40 hours/week - we train.
We expect from you:
- Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people, optimism and a positive attitude;
- Want and ability to work in a team;
- Experience in the design and sales of cabinet furniture;
- Sales experience;
- Knowledge/experience in interior design;
- Computer literacy, Russian and English language skills.
