Kitchen shift manager

Holy Donut in Kaunas is looking for a Shift Manager/Manager for the kitchen.

Responsibilities: ability to lead and work in a team, produce according to technological cards, order raw materials and control leftovers, coordinate work, maintain quality, train colleagues, ensure cleanliness and order in the workplace. Work in the kitchen.

Experience in a bakery, restaurant or hotel kitchen is an advantage. Full-time job.

From 1200 €/mon. net
