- you have at least 5 years of work experience in a café kitchen;
- you have experience in managing a kitchen team;
- you have experience in creating and compiling café menus;
- you consider cooking not only a job, but also your passion;
- you are able to plan, organize and ensure smooth kitchen work;
- you are a leader who mobilizes, motivates and sets an example for the team;
- you value quality, order and responsibility;
- you speak, write and read Lithuanian.
