Restaurant Söderhamn 1620, located in the city center of Söderhamn, Sweden, is looking for an experienced chef for a long-term job.
We are looking for someone who is not only a great cook, but also can manage the kitchen, organize its work and maintain a high level of food quality.
Your responsibilities:
lead the kitchen team and organize daily work;
ensure high quality of dishes and a uniform standard;
prepare and improve restaurant dishes;
work with high-quality meat, fish and seafood;
monitor product quality, orders and their use;
ensure cleanliness, order and compliance with hygiene requirements;
be able to work professionally during intensive work.
We offer:
3,500 € salary in cash per month;
