The main focus of the restaurant's activities is daily lunch, so we are looking for someone who can ensure smooth kitchen work, high food quality and effective team work.

What will your day look like:
- Organize and coordinate daily kitchen activities and daily lunch production
- Plan production processes and ensure smooth team work
- Ensure food quality, presentation and compliance with production standards
- Place orders, control product residues and cost
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and food safety requirements
- Contribute to menu development and implementation of new ideas
- Motivate and develop the kitchen team
You will do great if:
- Have experience in leading a kitchen team
- Able to plan work and effectively organize processes
- Have experience working with larger food production quantities or a daily lunch kitchen
- Are responsible, demanding of quality and like order
- Know how to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions
- Understand the principles of food costing, product management and kitchen efficiency
- Are a leader who is able to bring a team together for a common goal
What we offer:
- Salary from 1700 to 2000 € in hand
- Stable work schedule without evening shifts and work until 17:00
