Your responsibilities
Organize and control daily kitchen work, ensuring smooth work processes;
Lead the kitchen team, distribute tasks, organize the work of employees and develop their competencies;
Ensure high quality of dishes, taste and presentation standards;
Create and improve menus, prepare and update technological cards for dishes;
Control the quality of raw materials, leftovers, orders and rational use of products;
Ensure cost control, reduce food waste and strive for efficient use of resources;
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and occupational safety requirements;
Cooperate with management in planning kitchen activities, analyzing results and implementing new ideas.

You are able to plan work, control costs and ensure efficient organization of kitchen activities.
