Join us as a Kitchen Manager!
ISS Lietuva catering team is expanding and is looking for a Kitchen Manager who will take care of the daily lunch restaurant activities and ensure smooth work in the kitchen.
🔹 What will you do?
📍 Place of work: LEZ (Free Economic Zone), Kaunas
🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

ISS Lietuva catering team is expanding and is looking for a Kitchen Manager who will take care of the daily lunch restaurant activities and ensure smooth work in the kitchen.
🔹 What will you do?
- Organize and coordinate a team of 9 people in the kitchen.
- Ensure a smooth daily lunch production process - we will serve about 300 visitors daily.
- Plan the need for raw materials, organize orders and control leftovers.
- Create a menu.
- Take care of reports and work time accounting.
- Cooperate with customers to achieve the best quality of services.
📍 Place of work: LEZ (Free Economic Zone), Kaunas
🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
🔹 What do we expect from you?
- At least 4 years of work experience in the field of food production.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and adapt to a changing workload.
- English at B1 level.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office; Syrve, Vikarina – an advantage).
- Sociability and ability to represent the company in meetings and communicate with customers.
- Independence, organization and orientation towards the quality of food production and service.
