ISS Lietuva's catering team is expanding and is looking for a Kitchen Manager who will take care of the daily lunch restaurant operations and ensure smooth operation in the kitchen.
What will you do every day?
- I will organize and coordinate a team of 9 people in the kitchen.
- You will ensure a smooth daily lunch production process - we will serve about 300 visitors daily.
- I will plan the need for raw materials, organize orders and control the balances.
- You will create the menu.
- You will take care of reports and work time accounting.
- I will cooperate with customers, achieving the best quality of service.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of food production.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and adapt to a changing workload.
- English at B1 level.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office; Syrve, Vikarina - an advantage).
- Sociability and ability to represent the company in meetings and communicate with customers.
- Independence, organization and orientation towards the quality of food production and service.
