Nature of work
- Organizing and managing the kitchen; ensuring and maintaining order and quality.
- Ordering raw materials, communicating with suppliers, filling out necessary kitchen documentation.
- Knowledge of the specifics of the breakfast menu (the breakfast menu is served all day). Ability to work with yeast and other doughs is an advantage.
- Ability to create technological cards, calculate the cost of portions and pastries.
- If necessary - updating/improving the menu.
Employee requirements
- Experience in leading a kitchen team (advantage)
- Experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel kitchen is necessary (from 2 years)
- Ability to work early in the morning;
- Interest in food culture and trends and desire to improve;
- Ability not only to work in a team, but also to lead it;
