We are looking for a colleague who can effectively lead the kitchen team, ensure high quality work and smooth process management. We expect a responsible, organized and proactive person who is able to make decisions, manage challenges and contribute to improving performance.

What will you do every day?
- Organize and coordinate a team of 17 people in the kitchen.
- Ensure a smooth breakfast and lunch production process – we will serve about 700 visitors daily.
- Ensure high quality of dishes and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Create and improve the menu, introduce new dishes.
- Plan raw material needs, manage orders and stocks, contribute to cost optimization.
- Take care of reports and work time accounting.
- Cooperate with suppliers and the team to achieve the best result for the client.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of food production.
- Strong organizational and work planning skills (shift planning, order flow management, cost control).
- English at B1 level; Russian an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office; Syrve, Vikarina - an advantage).
- Communicative skills and the ability to represent the company in meetings and communicate with customers.
