About the Role

Over the past few years, Desktronic has been growing rapidly across e-commerce channels in Europe and beyond — and standout product visuals are central to that growth. From listing images to landing pages, every visual is an opportunity to communicate quality, build trust, and drive a click.
We are looking for a Visual Graphic Designer who combines genuine visual talent with a modern, AI-powered production workflow. This role is ideal for someone who knows what makes a great image — composition, light, story — and who uses the best available AI tools to get there faster and better. Someone who moves with speed and intention, and who takes pride in work that is both beautiful and effective.
In this role, you'll own the visual output for the product team, work closely with marketing, and help shape how Desktronic looks and feels across its digital presence.

What You'll Do:

• AI-Powered Visual Creation: Produce high-quality product and web visuals – product listing photos, product pages, landing pages, and various lifestyle shots – using smart prompting, iteration, and the best AI tools for the job.
  
• Image Retouching & Compositing: Retouch and refine AI outputs in Photoshop as well as use compositing techniques to seamlessly blend in 3D renders, so the result is aesthetic, on-brand, and ready to launch.
  
• Graphic Design: Design and typeset product listing images and other web assets – from landing pages to promotional modules – with a clean, conversion-focused sensibility that feels intentional and on-brand.
  
• Visual Expertise: Demonstrate a strong grasp of composition, perspective, lighting, anatomy, color theory and design, and stay on top of what's winning in e-commerce right now.
  
• Independent Execution & Collaboration: Own projects from brief to final delivery and work closely with marketing and product teams to support brand identity and conversion goals.

• A portfolio with strong visual craft – this is the most important thing. We want to see work that proves visual excellence, as well as AI, compositing, retouching and graphic design skills.
  
• 2+ years of experience crafting visuals, ideally in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on product and web visuals.
  

Strong experience with AI image creation tools. You know how to write good prompts and create the exact visual you want. AI changes fast, so we don't focus on one specific tool - Midjourney, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, or similar all work for us.

• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Figma as primary tools, with Illustrator knowledge considered an advantage.
  

Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus (not required).

• A sharp eye for detail.

• Competitive salary: €3,500–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and portfolio strength.
