- UAB „AMBER DISTRIBUTION LITHUANIA“
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administer the company's business management systems (BMS);
- Ensure smooth operation of BMS in coordination with business processes;
- Identify emerging problems, analyze and solve them;
- Consult and train BMS users, prepare instructions for users, provide assistance;
- Integrate BMS with third-party systems (VMI, GPAIS, Merisoft, Track & Trace, UVS, etc.);
- Cooperate with other departments and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher, higher or equivalent education in related fields (informatics, telecommunications or project management);
- Good MS Excel skills, ability to work with more complex functions (e.g., VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering and processing);
- Work experience with any ERP / VVS system. Advantage - work experience with the business management system Axapta (MS Dynamix AX);
- Understanding of basic business processes (warehouse management, purchasing, sales or accounting);
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, structuredness, ability to analyze large data flows, see cause-effect relationships and systematize information;
- Diligence and attention to detail, communication skills, initiative and desire to learn.
