What we expect from you (your qualities):
- “Detective eye”: you are exceptionally attentive to details, you notice clutter in data or small errors where others would pass by.
- Natural curiosity: you are genuinely interested in how systems work, you like to delve into situations and look for answers “why something doesn’t work”.
- Want to learn: you quickly absorb new information and are not afraid to ask questions when you don’t know something.
- Logic and calm: you are able to calmly and systematically take steps in search of a solution to a problem.
- Friendly communication: you know how to listen patiently to a colleague or client and explain in simple words how to perform one or another action in the system.
- Responsibility: you understand that careful data entry or verification ensures the smooth operation of the entire company.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
What will your job be:
- Consult system users (colleagues or clients) on everyday issues.
- Help resolve errors or problems that arise (investigate the situation, find the cause).
- Test new system functions (check if everything works as planned).
- Prepare short and clear instructions and provide assistance to users.
