UAB “Druskininkų Rasa” – one of the leading natural mineral water producers in Lithuania, a stable and growing company, invites a strong, analytical and responsible person to join the management team for a strategically important position.

This is a position that reports directly to the board and works closely with the company manager. We are looking for someone who would become a reliable partner of the manager in daily activities, help implement the board's decisions, coordinate priorities, analyze performance results and contribute to effective business decisions.

Coordination and control of the implementation of decisions of the Board and management;
Tracking strategic priorities and managing deadlines;
Supervision, analysis of the performance indicators (KPI) system and monitoring of results;
Preparation of financial, operational and management reports for the Board and management;
Budget execution control and analysis of deviations;
Business data analysis and provision of recommendations to the manager;
Coordination of process efficiency initiatives;
Organization of Board meetings, preparation of materials and minutes;
Smooth flow of information between the Board, management and departments;
Support of the manager's daily activities on key organizational and analytical issues.

You have a higher education (in management, economics, finance or similar field);
You have at least 3 years of experience in a coordinating, managerial or analytical position;
You are excellent at Excel and work with numbers;
You are able to analyze data, draw conclusions and propose solutions;
You are organized, meticulous and able to manage several priorities at the same time;
You have a high sense of responsibility and discretion;
You are able to communicate professionally with managers at different levels;
You are a team player, proactive and result-oriented.
Advantage – work experience with Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and other business management systems.
