What are we looking for
We are looking for a strong leader who will take responsibility for managing the company's daily operations, team performance, and the implementation of the company's strategic goals. This position is for someone who is able to see the whole business picture, make decisions, and at the same time ensure that agreements are implemented in practice.
Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of daily company activities, ensuring smooth work of different departments;
- Implementation of the company's strategic goals and their transformation into specific activity plans, tasks and indicators;
- Coordination of sales, purchasing, logistics, production/operations, administration and other company functions;
- Monitoring and analysis of the company's performance results, key performance and financial indicators;
- Preparation of annual and monthly activity plans and budgets, control of their implementation;
- Increasing the efficiency of the company's activities, optimizing processes, improving responsibilities and work procedures;
- Formation of a team of managers and employees, setting goals, evaluating results and developing employees;
- Organization of regular management meetings, control of the implementation of agreements and decisions made;
- Identification of problem situations and prompt decision-making;
- Representation of the company in relations with key business partners and other organizations.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience;
- You have experience in managing a company, department or a team of several different functions;
- You understand the main financial indicators of a business - income, margin, profitability, costs, working capital and cash flow;
- You are demanding of yourself and the team, but you are able to build constructive and professional relationships;
- You are able to make independent decisions and take responsibility for their results;
- You know how to set priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment;
- You have strong negotiation and communication skills;
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- You work well with a computer, are able to analyze data and make decisions based on them;
- You have a higher education in business management, economics, finance or another related field (an advantage);
- You have a category B driver's license and the ability to travel on business trips as needed.
We will consider the following as a great advantage:
- Experience in international trade, manufacturing, logistics or wholesale;
- Experience in managing a team of 20 or more employees;
- Experience in implementing KPI, management accounting or performance control systems;
- Experience in managing a rapidly growing or changing company;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
