A position for a manager who is ready not only to manage individual functions, but also to take responsibility for the results of the entire company's activities.
We are looking for an Executive Director / COO for a stable Lithuanian food production and retail company - "MonAmi", which develops and produces high-quality baked goods and confectionery products.
The main goal of this position is to gradually take over the daily management of the company from the owners and ensure smooth, efficient and profitable operations of the company.

What responsibility awaits you?
- Gradually take over the daily operational management of the company from the owners and ensure the smooth operation of all areas of activity.
- Lead the divisional and functional managers – set goals, responsibilities and priorities, evaluate results, strengthen the autonomy of managers and form a strong team.
- Manage the company's financial and operational results – together with the owners, form a budget and KPI, analyze income, costs, margin, profitability and make decisions to improve results.
- Increase operational efficiency – review and standardize processes, eliminate inefficiencies, duplication and clarify responsibilities between production, sales, logistics and other functions.
- Ensure compliance with established operational, quality, food safety, customer service and retail standards.
- Implement the owners' strategic decisions and coordinate organizational changes, system implementation and other development projects.
- Regularly provide owners with information about the company's performance, key deviations, risks and issues requiring strategic decisions.
What kind of experience are we looking for?
- Higher education, preferably in management, business administration, economics or a related field.
- Successful experience in leading multiple functions, departments or a significant part of the business and taking responsibility for their performance results.
- Experience in managing managers and teams - the ability to set goals, delegate responsibilities, evaluate results, develop autonomy and mobilize the team for a common result.
- Experience in the retail, food production, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or hotel and restaurant (HoReCa) sectors.
- Experience in managing budget, P&L and key performance indicators (KPIs), the ability to analyze costs, margins, profitability and make data-based decisions.
- Experience in process optimization, standardization and implementation of organizational changes.
- Ability to make independent decisions, take responsibility for business results and operate in a dynamic, growing organization.
- Experience in working with ERP systems.
- Category B driving license.

Since 2010 we are exceptional in our approach and our values do not change. We do not use any baking additives and mixes, “enhancers”, margarine or milk powder in the MonAmi bakery. We only add what's real to our pastries - butter, milk, non-caged hen eggs and the highest quality flour. We bake all rye bread without yeast, with natural rye yeast and from whole grain flour. We do not use mixtures and frozen semi-finished products.
