JOB CHARACTER

  • Organization, supervision and implementation of improvement initiatives in production and technical departments.
  • Coordination of all operational processes in production and technical departments.
  • Planning, tracking, analysis and optimization of production resources, productivity and performance indicators (KPI).
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation between departments.
  • Providing initiatives to the company's management regarding process efficiency, technological innovations or production development solutions;
  • Formation, motivation and development of production and technical department teams.
  • Continuous improvement of production processes using Lean methodology.
  • Budget planning, analysis and presentation of financial indicators to management.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Successful management experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Deep understanding of production process management, technical resource planning, production chains and process synchronization with sales/logistics.
  • Higher technical or engineering education.
  • Ability to analyze, plan and justify financial indicators of supervised departments to top-level managers or the board.
  • Experience in applying Lean methodology in a real production environment.
  • Experience in team building and creating a motivational culture.
