Nordicon Group is a fast growing Danish company operating in the Danish market and executing HVAC and construction projects. We currently have around 50 employees and a clear goal to grow to a team of 100+ people in the coming years, while maintaining high project profitability and operational control.
We are looking for a strong Operations Manager who can take over the day-to-day control of operations, create a clear structure and ensure profitable project execution in the Danish market.

The Executive Director will be responsible for the management and control of the entire company's operational activities, ensuring project profitability, a clear structure and effective cooperation between departments.

Employee requirements
Experience and competencies
At least 3-5 years of management experience
Experience in managing projects or operations (in the construction / engineering field is a big advantage)
Experience working with budgets, margins and cost control
Ability to analyze financial indicators and make decisions based on numbers
Experience in implementing or working with project management systems
Leadership skills
Ability to create structure and order
Clear communication and distribution of responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
Conflict resolution skills
Result orientation, not process imitation
Personal qualities
Strategic thinking
Strong sense of responsibility
Discipline and systematic approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Courage to make decisions
Technical skills
Ability to work with Excel or other analytical tools
Experience with project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Notion etc.)
