Chief Administrator "AC Marriott Vilnius"

We are expanding our team and are looking for a receptionist who would contribute to impeccable guest service and help shape our reception and guest service culture

Main responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate reception work during the shift;
Distribute tasks to team members;
Ensure that all work is carried out according to established standards;
Take over and transfer information between shifts (shift handover);
Motivate the team and maintain the quality of work;
Train new employees;
Help solve more complex situations;
Control arrivals and departures;
Ensure correct room allocation;
Ensure a high level of service.

Working hours:

Rotating schedule. Shift duration 12 hours, of which 1 hour is a break.
Working hours from 7 am to 7 pm.

LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED

Experience in a hotel reception or similar position is required;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (additional languages are an advantage);
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate a team and work in a dynamic environment;
Orientation to guest needs and service quality.
