Usually the Senior Administrator of the apartments works a day schedule, but sometimes it may be necessary to replace the administrator who also works at night.

Usually the Senior Administrator of the apartments works a day schedule, but sometimes it may be necessary to replace the administrator who also works at night.
You will be responsible for:
- Reservation administration: accepting and coordinating reservations using the apartment reservation system
- Polite guest service: communicating with the client from arrival to departure, including delivering breakfast, food or drinks to the room
- Communication with guests: informing about services and communicating/assisting with all arising issues
- Preparation and maintenance of the conference room
- Apartment maintenance: taking care of the condition of the apartments, coordinating the work of the managers
- Contribution to TV Bokštos events: excursions and conferences (from event coordination and communication to food delivery/delivery to the location)
- Creating department work schedules as needed
- Involvement in other activities (assisting the department head in daily work)

- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level)
- Successful experience in customer service or service areas
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve complex situations
- Cultural and professional communication, aiming to maintain the highest customer service standards
- Strong level of responsibility, family-oriented approach to work and initiative
- Computer skills (MS Office package)
