Senior Accounting Specialist in Vilnius

You will take care of the full accounting process - from primary documents to the preparation of financial statements.
You will consolidate the data of the group's companies and prepare annual, quarterly, tax and statistical reports.
You will calculate taxes, prepare declarations and submit them to the State Tax Inspectorate and other institutions.
You will organize, supervise and improve accounting processes, ensuring their quality and efficiency.
You will cooperate with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities - you will be an important link between us and external experts.
You will consult clients on financial and accounting issues, helping them make informed decisions.
You will develop team members, plan their work and ensure high quality of services.
You will participate in internal initiatives that help improve processes, communication and the overall activities of the organization.

You have a higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior accountant position – you know what responsibility and accuracy mean.
You have excellent knowledge of business accounting standards – both VAS and IFRS.
You have practical experience in preparing financial statements and declarations.
You are analytical, responsible and meticulous – details are important to you.
You speak and write English fluently – you will communicate with international partners.
An advantage – if you have worked with Business Central (Navision), Rivile or other accounting systems.
