We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist who will not only independently conduct employee searches in Lithuania and abroad, but will also coordinate the processes of the recruitment department, monitor performance indicators and contribute to improving the team's results.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will conduct selections of production workers (welders, pipe fitters, assemblers, etc.) in the EU and third-country markets
- You will search for project administration and management personnel - work managers, project managers, commandants and other specialists necessary for project activities
- You will coordinate the processes of the selection department, monitor the execution of tasks and ensure compliance with the agreed selection priorities
- You will analyze the KPIs of the selection department, prepare scorecards and provide proposals to improve operational efficiency
- You will cooperate with project and department managers, coordinate the need for employees, selection deadlines and priorities
- You will conduct candidate assessment, organize interviews and coordinate the selection process until the final decision on the candidate
- You will contribute to the improvement of selection processes and the development of new candidate search channels.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education (in personnel management, business administration or a related field)
- Have worked in personnel selection, especially in the search for production and technical specialists
- Able to coordinate selection processes, plan work, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Speak English and Russian at least at level B1
- You are confident in working with MS Office programs, you are organized, independent and communicative.
