Backstage Roasters is looking for someone who lives for coffee.

We are looking for a professional who:
— has excellent knowledge of espresso and specialty coffee
— can train and inspire our barista team
— will oversee the quality of coffee preparation and recipes
— will be interested in innovations and want to grow our coffee culture together.

– Have experience as a barista/coffee professional
– Have a good understanding of espresso preparation and coffee extraction
– Are interested in quality coffee and want to constantly deepen your knowledge
– Are able not only to prepare coffee well yourself, but also to teach others in a clear and interesting way
– Are able to lead a team of baristas, organize their work and ensure a smooth work process
– Are responsible for training new employees, improving the team's knowledge and coffee preparation skills
– Are able to give constructive feedback and maintain a high standard of coffee quality
– Are responsible, meticulous and have a good sense of taste
– Are not afraid to take responsibility and initiative
